Alessio Peck announces genre-smashing EP ‘Angel Machine’ with the premiere of his new single ‘Mamma’. Bringing together a sonic which is punk filled with rave-era nostalgia, and fiercely personal songwriting Alessio Peck delivers a fresh sound drenched in Nostalgia. This new E.P has been a collaboration with and produced by Ross Orton (Arctic Monkeys, M.I.A., Working Men’s Club) which shows. Referencing both Indie and dance and features a deeply personal sound one which can be seen harking back to the ideas of Joy Division and nine inch nails.
As ready for a late night dark basement club as it is for a stadium gig Alessio peck creates a sound that is confrontational yet familiar. One which questions you as it embraces, a sound which we can’t get enough of.
“I want to break down the barriers between electronic music and rock, and blur the lines between singer-songwriter and DJ,” he explains.
Alessio Peck is a seasoned touring artist. Having toured with the likes of The Stags and Acid Tounge although for the first time this is now just him. Armed with a catalog of synths, drum machines and guitars he is bringing his own ideas to the front and drawing everybody into his world.
Born in Italy and now based in Paris, Alessio Peck is a former psych-rock guitarist turned electronic provocateur. A seasoned performer. His 2021 Italian-language track ‘Amore Bipolare’ earned him cult attention at home, but it’s in France where Peck has embraced his true artistic identity. From melancholic chanson to dark disco, Alessio’s sound continues to evolve.
Where many tracks lean towards polish, Peck embraces imperfection. His delivery is raw, almost combustible, straining at the edges. The vulnerability makes Mamma feel dangerous, but also deeply personal. It’s not just a song built to soundtrack sweat-slicked dancefloors — it’s a confession, a release, a wound disguised as a rave.
Alessio isn’t chasing a single genre or even trying to change them — he’s bending them. Pulling at them, exploring the boundaries between them until something jagged and vital emerges and in this case that is Mamma.
With Mamma, Alessio Peck isn’t just bringing new music for us, he is throwing down a gauntlet. This is a call to arms for those who crave music that bleeds, sweats, and refuses to stay still. It’s an arrival marked not by restraint, but by fire.
