Alice Pisano Drops New Cinematic Visuals for ‘Boys Like You’

We knew we could expect exceptional things from contemporary-pop artist Alice Pisano. As she blasts back into the scene with new visuals for her hit single “Boys Like You”, her cinematic immersion blesses fans with the perfect blend of her pop-perfected soundscapes and creative chronicles.

Exploring her varied experience with dating apps, awful first dates, and just about everything in between, Pisano continues to flourish, defining her bespoke sound and likening pastel-tinged aesthetica. She explains, “We had such a fun day making this video! The scenes inside were filmed in my bedroom, and the ones outside in West London, in the lovely little secret garden in Ravenscourt Park.” Depicting her clear vision, “Boys Like You” explores the novelty of those initial encounters, taking listeners on a journey into multiple first dates, and the discouragement that often follows.

Pisano continues “The day we wrote the song, I remember feeling pretty disheartened about it. It can be tough to deal with failed dates and behaviours like ghosting, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking you’re not good enough, or pretty or fun enough!” Infatuating every second of her latest release with her echoic vocal energy, synth-pop beats and dreamy melodies, Pisano symbolises her burning desire to overcome those dating duels. Consolidating exactly that in her new music video, Pisano confesses, “The boys in the videos are not actually professional actors, they are all friends of mine… and one of them is someone I actually met through a dating app in real life!”

Whether it’s her resonating lyricism or contagious melodies that have fans enthralled by her sound, Alice Pisano brings her witty persona and likening chronicles full circle.
