From Parco Dora to the World: Kappa FuturFestival 2026

From the 3rd – 6th July, FuturFestival returned to its iconic home at Parco Dora in Turin, welcoming more than 125,000 attendees from over 152 countries. With over 36 hours of music across seven stages this year wasn’t something to miss. 2026 was the gathering to celebrate the festival’s thirteenth edition of its annual fusion of electronic music, digital culture, and art. FuturFestival continues to take the forefront of being Italy’s biggest electronic music festival, continuing to set the trend as being a welcoming and multicultural festival for all attending. Turin welcomed festivalgoers from more than 152 nationalities, while FuturFestival was estimated to bring around €50 million into the local economy.

Legendary acts such as Solomun, Michael Bibi, Peggy Gou, Skream, Four Tet, and Disclosure took to the stages, delivering the signature electrifying energy that Kappa is famous for year after year. One of the weekend’s biggest highlights came as Four Tet joined forces with Skrillex for a highly anticipated back to back set, drawing huge crowds and creating one of the festival’s most unforgettable moments. With temperatures soaring well into the high thirties, a wild mix of filthy beats and sweat drenched bodies flooded the dance floors. FuturFestival isn’t just a festival, it’s a full blown celebration of music, friendship, and openness. For three unforgettable days, thousands of people danced their troubles away under the sun.

Since 2023, The Voyager stage has become one of the festival’s most popular spaces, its digital screen towers over the skyline. Built from container units the Solar stage is innovative and the perfect set up for raving day to night. The infamous Futur Stage remained as the number one favourite and this year became the biggest stage the festival has ever produced, stretching an impressive 24 metres deep and providing an incredible backdrop for some of the weekend’s biggest performances. Alongside it, the Kosmo stage hidden in a leafy corner of the site, its house and tech house leaning programme blends perfectly with the surrounding artwork by Marinella Senatore, her ‘Dance Now Think Later’ neon installation lighting up the crowd.

Aside from the music, FuturFestival introduced a brand new fine dining experience this year, curated by some of the world’s most influential Michelin starred chefs. Parco Dora was also transformed with stunning art installations, turning the entire venue into a visual paradise. You could find anything from 17 street food vendors serving cuisines from around the world to cocktail bars scattered across the site, giving festival goers plenty of places to refuel between sets. When midnight arrived and the festival grounds closed, the celebrations were far from over. The official afterparty programme kept the energy alive across three nights, taking over six of Turin’s most iconic venues where the music continued into the early hours.

To celebrate this year’s edition, FuturFestival also dropped a limited FuturFestival Authentic capsule collection, featuring exclusive football jerseys and fresh designs showcasing the iconic designs, giving fans the chance to take home a piece of the festival.

The standout DJ set at this year’s festival was Four Tet and Skrillex. The duo delivered a high energy B2B performance packed with heavy hitting beats that shook the stage. Their mix of intricate beats and powerful drops created an immersive sound that perfectly relieved that deep itch in the brain, keeping the crowd moving nonstop. It was a memorable set that captured the festival’s electronic spirit.

Another highlight was Solomon’s hypnotic techno set. He brought groovy basslines and smooth, layered tracks that pulled the crowd in and kept them locked in. His performance offered the perfect contrast to the heavier acts, delivering pure underground energy and a masterclass in groove and immersion. Our new discovery was Dawn Patrol, the fast growing Brazilian collective, record label, and party brand founded by Maz and Antdot, two of Brazil’s top melodic and Afro House DJs. They brought vibrant, upbeat Brazilian rhythms to Turin, adding a fresh, soulful energy to the festival. Dawn Patrol’s Brazilian grooves were exactly what was needed after the heavier electronic sets, their warm percussion and uplifting Afro House rhythms instantly lifted the energy and got everyone moving their hips. It was the perfect set to an incredible weekend.

Year after year, FuturFestival continues to raise the bar for electronic music events worldwide. Combining world class production, an exceptional lineup, immersive art, incredible food and an unbeatable atmosphere, it’s easy to see why so many fans return to Turin every summer. If 2026 proved anything, it’s that Kappa Futur remains one of Europe’s essential festivals and shows no signs of slowing down.
