Earlier this month, a rising R&b songstress Lovelle released an emotive EP ‘Therapy.’ With this project, the South East London artist allowed herself to be fragile before being strong again. ‘Therapy’ perfectly describes Lovelle’s journey with relationships which she used as a healing process.
The EP begins with a moving introduction and a focus track ‘Truth,’ talking about the toxic traits that often occur in a relationship. Before heading straight into the visuals for ‘Truth,’ Lovelle speaks more on her EP ‘Therapy’:
“I wanted to end the project on a reflection of everything I had experienced over the past few years with my spiritual, mental, and emotional growth. I wanted to sing words that I know I would need to hear when times feel tough.”
