Australian electronic-rock band Pendulum play their part in the long-standing Brits Week for War Child Series as they storm through the heart of London.
Already having featured Keane, Aitch & Ash in the past week, established outfit Pendulum continued the party Friday night with a set that did not disappoint. Based within the intimate venue, Here at Outernet, devoted fans were treated to an electrifying show filled with hit after hit, including the likes of Witchcraft and Tarantula.
Keeping alive their unique sound since the start, the blend of drum & bass with rock could have been argued a strange infusion back in 2007 but is now one that has set Pendulum in the heights of legends. Smashed through nearly a two-hour set, the crowd were hooked in an experience that even a non-Pendulum fan was impressed by.
Since the inception of Brit’s Week in 2009, the in-famous running has allowed fans to see some of the biggest stars of the music scene and raised over £7 million for War Child. Followed by a strong showing the past two weeks, the Brits will take place on the 2nd of March to celebrate another year of notable British music.
