LSA is an electronic music academy and the go-to place for DJ and production tuition in the UK. They have forged a reputation for producing cutting edge talent and attracting the best students. Recent alumni include Brit-nominated Aluna Francis (Aluna George,) chart-toppers Tough Love, platinum-selling artist Skin, Spotify Darling Leo Kalyan, underground star Amy Becker, and a host of industry bods from Island Records, Rinse FM, Radio 1xtra, Capital FM and many celebrities.
Founded in 2009 by Buster Bennett, a UK DJ and club promoter LSA’s main ethos is to offer the best possible DJ and music production tuition possible, designed to help artists get the best start in the industry. All LSA’s courses are taught one-to-one so every student gets a tailor-made experience and specialist help from dedicated mentors who actively work in the industry.

LSA offers a radically different approach to institutionalised education. Other than offering only one-to-one tuition at accessible prices they actually stay with their students after graduation, offering on-going support via a thriving alumni community.
“As I come from a club promotion background I organise DJ gigs and showcases for every single alumnus, many students have been gigging with us for years. We work closely with Ministry of Sound, Egg LDN, SW4 Festival, Camden Barfly and a host of bars and clubs in the capital. Once a year we organise a once-in-a-lifetime DJ tour in Ibiza, organising hundreds of DJ gigs in a week of sunshine on the island! We have now branched out and are also organising international DJ gigs across the world for graduates of our Elite DJ Course, the most advanced DJ course we offer.”
After a string of releases on other labels, LSA has formed their own ‘LSA Records’ label with the aim to create a platform for their best music production course graduates.

LSA has been established in London for more than ten years and has also set up satellite branches under their spin-off brand DJ Gym in Birmingham, Manchester and Oxford. They are also planning on opening in NYC in 2020/21.
